Few things make our staff happier than knowing that they have pleased a customer, so the phone calls and letters we receive from customers each week are very gratifying. We recently received this letter from a customer who dropped by our showroom while visiting the Bay Area from Indiana. The lamps and the table arrived in very good order a few days ago. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the results of our business with you! Your craftsman made the table stunning with their improvements and treatments and the lamps created from the vases are exquisite. We are so happy with our purchases and very glad we came to visit you. It was a lot of fun viewing your fine inventory and a pleasure doing business with you. Soon I will take a few photos of your goods in their new setting and
I will send them to you. Thanks also for the beeswax.

Protect
Your Home with a Household Inventory Record
Are you prepared should a theft, fire or other misfortune strike your home? The best way to prepare yourself is to have the appropriate homeowners insurance coverage. But if you suffer a loss and don't have an accurate record of what you're protecting, you may not be accurately reimbursed at claim time. So the next step is to record the contents of your home. Take pictures or videotape each room then record its contents. If you have a record of your home and its contents you're less likely to forget items in the event of a loss. Keep receipts of major purchases. Keep a set at home and another set in a bank safety deposit box or a secured location outside your home. It's also a good idea to have a copy of your insurance policy or business card of your insurance representative. When you're completed the checklist, make certain you're adequately insured in case your home suffers a loss or accident. If you have questions about your coverage and whether you're sufficiently insured. |
